Returns
- ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ORDERS

- You must notify us within 7 days of any issues with the items you receive.
- Claims for items damaged upon receipt must include clear photos of the damaged item.
Orders
- To ensure delivery of your order please input your information and address in English.
- We cannot make any changes to your order once it has been placed.
- Please ensure all your information is correct before placing your order.
- We are not responsible for any mistakes in addresses you input.
- You must enter your shipping and billing address in English to ensure delivery of your order.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Wolfmentalityclothing@gmail.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Preorders
- These pre-order terms and conditions (“terms”) govern the placing of pre-orders ("preorder") with Wolf Mentality. Please read these terms carefully before submitting your pre-order of any Wolf Mentality. By submitting your pre-order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
- PRE-ORDER RESERVATION When placing a preorder with Wolf Mentality you will be required to provide certain information such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Wolf Mentality shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes out dated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to WolfMentalityclothing@gmail.com.
- PAYMENT At the time of placing the preorder you will be required to pay the full purchase price (inclusive of GST), including shipping fees (if applicable).
- DELIVERY SCHEDULEPre-ordered products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to availability. Please note that launch dates and dates of availability of products are subject to change and we are not liable for any changes to such dates. An estimated time of delivery is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Wolf Mentality does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, Wolf Mentality is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you with updates in respect to such delivery schedule. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your product, you may cancel your reservation as provided for in “cancellation” below.
